Reagan Profit lives and works in Georgetown, KY. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Studio from the University of Kentucky. Profit's work focuses on depicting the human form through oil paint and drawing materials such as charcoal and pastels. 

"Reagan Profit's dreamlike paintings combine realism and abstraction to explore a myriad of complex human emotions. Profit's technique follows a traditional realistic painting process, but after the realistic forms are complete, the style begins to morph into something more nebulous. The finished versions of her works toe the line between finished and incomplete, asking the viewers to discern between the highly rendered elements and those that are only implied."
